杨毅教授简介

杨毅博士,四川大学生命科学学院教授,博士研究生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人。曾担任四川大学“985工程”西南资源环境与灾害防治科技创新平台生物资源与生态环境研究中心主任(2005-2015),生物资源与生态环境教育部重点实验室主任(2005-2018),四川省细胞生物学会理事长(2008-2016),中国细胞生物学会常务理事(2006-2012)。

  13. 利用ABI2为诱饵筛选并鉴定出脱落酸(ABA)信号传导途径中的新信号分子Fibrillin,通过揭示Fibrillin的积累介入了ABA所介导的PSII光保护的过程,从而在脱落酸应答途径、Fibrillin和光胁迫之间建立了一种全新的联系,并证明Fibrillin基因表达和其作用可能紧密地交织在脱落酸信号传导的过程中(Yang et al., PNAS 2006)。与德国Grill教授合作发现植物激素脱落酸细胞内受体 (Yang, Dissertation, 2003; Ma et al., Science 2009),该项工作被称为是“Land Marker Paper”,被Science评选为2009年全球十大科技进展。

  14. 解析了蛋白质激酶CARK1通过磷酸化ABA受体来调控ABA信号的分子机理(Cell Discovery, 2018; JEXBOT, 2019)以及E3泛素连接酶AtRAE1, RIFP1通过降解ABA受体进而参与ABA信号的传递(Plant, Cell & Environment, 2016, 2018);阐明一个全新的UDP-糖基转移酶UGT71C5如何在植物体内催化脱落酸ABA(有活性)转化为ABA-GE(无活性),从而达到植物体内ABA的内稳态平衡的分子机制(Plant Physiology, 2015)

  15. 发现一个与植物、微生物的热耐受性相关的未知基因BnTR1。将BnTR1转入在水稻、烟草、拟南芥、小麦、玉米和黑麦草中也发现能够增加植物的抗逆能力。同时,TR1也能够提高工业微生物如产苏氨酸棒状杆菌、产赖氨酸棒状杆菌和啤酒酵母等的耐热性能。因此,BnTR1具有重要的理论意义和巨大的实际应有价值。目前,以第一发明人身份申请了12项有关TR1的国家发明专利和2项国际PCT保护权。
