研究内容

生物进化中的物种多样性是人类社会赖以生存和发展的基础之一,课题组围绕物种多样性形成机制,利用基因组及群体基因组等多种分析方法,解析物种多样化过程中的多倍化和杂交历史,阐明这些进化事件对物种的环境适应和多样化的影响。相关研究结果发表在PNASCell ResearchMolecular EcologyMolecular Ecology ResourceHorticulture ResearchThe Plant JournalMolecular PlantNational Science ReviewDNA ResearchBMC Genomics 等刊物上。
