张安云,教授,博士生导师

1、个人简介

四川大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师。主要从事畜禽病原细菌及其耐药性产生机理、传播途径和防控措施研究。四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,美国华盛顿州立大学和俄亥俄州立大学访问学者,四川省畜牧兽医学会理事,四川省微生物学学会理事。先后主持“十三五”国家重点研发计划课题,国家自然科学青年基金、面上项目等项目8项。已发表SCI论文56篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在WATER RESIF: 9.13 Nature index),ENVIRON POLLUT (IF: 6.792)SCI TOTAL ENVIRON (IF:6.551) 等权威SCI杂志上发表25篇。作为主要完成人获国家科技进步二等奖1(排名第4),四川省科技进步一等奖1(排名第3)。担任国家自然基金委函评专家,国家动物疫病净化评估专家,WATER RES, J HAZARD MATER, J ANTIMICROB CHEMOTH10余个SCI杂志审稿人。

 

2、研究方向

1)畜禽重要病原菌在养殖过程和食品生产链中传播和分子溯源研究;

2)耐药病原菌中新型耐药基因发现及可移动转移元件(质粒,噬菌体,整合性接合元件,基因岛等)介导的耐药基因在细菌间传播机理和调控因子研究;

3)抗生素污染环境(养殖环境,畜禽粪便,水体等)中病原菌、耐药基因传播风险评估,新型抗生素减量化技术和产品开发。

 

3、承担科研项目

1)国家重点研发计划课题,种禽场沙门氏菌病综合防控技术集成与示范研究,主持。

2)国家自然科学基金面上项目,多重耐药红斑猪丹毒丝菌中新型整合性接合元件(ICEs)及其传播机理研究,主持。

3)国家“973”项目子课题,耐药病原菌新药靶标和先导化合物的筛选与确证,主持。

4)国家自然科学青年基金项目,禽沙门氏菌I 型整合子与PMQR基因流行特征及共传播机理,主持。

5)四川省科技厅中央引导地方科技发展专项资金项目,规模化畜禽养殖场病原菌溯源及抗生素减量化技术研究,主持。

6)四川省科技厅应用基础项目,畜禽粪污处理过程中质粒介导的抗生素耐药基因变化规律及传播风险评估研究,主持。

7)四川省科技厅应用基础项目,规模化猪场猪丹毒丝菌耐药机理,毒力变化及疫苗侯选株筛选研究,主持。

8)四川大学优秀青年学者基金“动物病原菌及其耐药性传播机理”,主持。
