杨毅教授简介

杨毅博士,四川大学生命科学学院教授,博士研究生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人。目前担任四川大学生物资源与生态环境教育部重点实验室主任,四川省细胞生物学会常务副理事长。

(1)       植物抗逆的分子机理包括信号分子筛选、鉴定、基因功能和表达调控分析;

主要学术成果:

(1)     利用ABI2为诱饵筛选并鉴定出脱落酸(ABA)信号传导途径中的新信号分子Fibrillin,通过揭示Fibrillin的积累介入了ABA所介导的PSII光保护的过程,从而在脱落酸应答途径、Fibrillin和光胁迫之间建立了一种全新的联系,并证明Fibrillin基因表达和其作用可能紧密地交织在脱落酸信号传导的过程中(Yang et al., PNAS 2006)。

(2)     与德国Grill教授合作发现植物激素脱落酸细胞内受体 (Yang, Dissertation, 2003; Ma et al., Science 2009),该项工作被称为是“Land Marker Paper”,被Science评选为2009年全球十大科技进展。

(3)     独立发现一个与植物、微生物的热耐受性相关的未知基因(我们把它命名为BnTT1,后来改为BnTR1)。将BnTR1转入在水稻、烟草、拟南芥、小麦、玉米和黑麦草中也发现能够增加植物的抗逆能力。同时,TR1也能够提高工业微生物如产苏氨酸棒状杆菌、产赖氨酸棒状杆菌和啤酒酵母等的耐热性能。因此,BnTR1具有重要的理论意义和巨大的实际应有价值。目前,以第一发明人身份申请了12项有关TR1的国家发明专利和2项国际PCT保护权。
