北京大学生物系学士,美国伊利诺斯大学生物化学博士,美国哈佛大学医学院 Dana-Farber癌症研究所博士后,美国 Vanderbilt大学终身教授。是基因差异显示技术和蛋白质三聚体化技术的发明人、白介素24(IL-24)及受体的发现者、p53靶基因 KillinNDRG1CYFIP2TIS11D的发现者,拥有10项已授权的美国专利。1997年获北美华人生物学家年会(SCBA)颁发的科技发明大奖1998年获德国分子生物学和生物化学协会颁发的分子分析大奖2009年中组部千人计划入选者。

研究方向:

癌症及自身免疫性疾病(如牛皮癣及关节炎)等的发病分子基理及治疗手段。

 

研究内容:

本实验室以运用世界上最先进的荧光基因表达差异显示(FDD)技术为手段,寻找及发现疾病相关的靶基因,用生物化学及细胞生物学的方法对其进行功能性研究。用AP-Tag技术寻找及研究相关的分泌型细胞因子及其细胞表面受体,并运用现代生物逻辑制药的方法(包括本实验室发明的蛋白质三聚体化技术),在生物反应器中采用无血清细胞培养技术研发生产新一代癌症及自身免疫性疾病的靶向抗体及可溶性受体蛋白质药物。
