1988.07-1997.09— 四川农业大学,副教授(1996);
2000.07-2001.12— 成都百奥生物信息科技有限公司,研究发展部经理;
2001.12-2004.08 —美国Clemson University遗传与生物化学系博士后;
2004.12-至今—四川大学生命科学学院任教,教授(2007)。

酶的生物化学与蛋白质工程

资源生物转录组组学

研究内容:

酶的生物化学与蛋白质工程:利用定点突变与体外分子进化研究筛选新功能碱性蛋白酶、环氧化物水解酶等;

微生物生物技术的开发与研究:利用常规的和基因工程技术改造资源微生物及其酶在相关领域方面的开发与利用。 

基因的转录调控研究:利用基因敲除、蛋白组以及转录组学等手段研究资源微生物的功能基因及其生物学的研究。
